Apprentice to Artistic Director (AD) of upscale drycutting salon. Six-month to one-year position assisting one of the country's leading drycutting artists, to include shampooing, massaging scalp, blowdrying AD's guests; keeping AD's station neat, clean and orderly; arranging AD's guest schedule and work tickets daily; escorting AD's guests to the station and then to the front desk for check-out; sweeping around AD's station after each cut. May have opportunity to assist during major photo shoots. Duties may also include sweeping, general cleaning, laundry, folding towels, keeping shampoo bowls clean, making reminder calls for next day's appointments, retail and front desk duties as needed.
